I have an original Lady J for sale. A couple of years ago I was watching an Oprah shoe and she had a toy collector on her show that day. He just happened to show Lady J, and he said at that time she was going for $3000.00. That was 3,4, years ago. He said the reason she was priced so high is because she was the first female GIJoe. Does anyone know how much she may be going for at this time. Thanks !

I think Scarlett was actually the first female GI Joe. $3,000, hmm,
Loose complete Lady Jaye goes for about $15 MOC I'm not exactlly sure but it is probably under $100

Scarlett was the first female Joe character in the ARAH line. She was followed by Cover Girl and then Lady Jaye. 10incher is pretty much bang on on price. Just one more reason why you should never believe everything you see on TV.

Yeah, the price that 10incher quoted is pretty close. The only thing that I can think of LJ wise that goes even close to that is a 12" version of LJ that was made for the hall of fame collection. It wasn't produced but there were a few sample that made their way to ebay a while back. There's more to the story on those 12" LJs but I can't remember the whole scoop. The 33/4" figure? You can pick it up for under $10, loose & complete any day on ebay.MOC harder to find but like the boss said, around the $100 mark, but no more than $150.

I'm glad I found this board! I'm a HUGE Star Wars collector and have a TON of GI Joe items from the early to late 80's. So, could someone tell me what weapon this might be from? No one seems to know and I can't figure it out. THANKS!!!!!!!!!!! Attachments:

Well, if we consider that there are some rare international variants, like the NILCO produced or the yellow Canary Ann version, then yes, Lady Jaye fetch some big money in some form.

A MOC graded AFA 90 straight arm Scarlet might hit $3000 in the right auction. Few domestic joes, even MOC would fetch $3000. Hell the prices on the international stuff have been coming down hard as more and more of it is coming up.
