what about the fact that they created an acc. for a figure that lacked one. and the fact that he's carded and i like his india colors better. i really like metal head he comes with clay and grenade molds and sci fi's helmet which looks awesome on him. www.yojoe.com/action/int/india/metalhead.shtml That is freakin crazy. No idea why pineapple grenades would need wicks, but it's a fun idea.

I also like the purple Tripwire (even if the purple & bright orange chest pad are pretty loud!)I also have quite a few others. The only bad thing is that the quality can be pretty bad sometimes.I've gotten figure that are pretty sturdy at least for Funskool) & some that the bicep"explodes" if the arm is swiveled. Also some of the swivel arms seem to be 'Fused" & if you turn them, they risk breaking. Agree with all of this. The purple Tripwire is one of my favorite Funskool figures. Just a great color scheme with "Bomb Squad" printed on his chest, lol. Yes, the quality is hit or miss, and the packaging quality can be compared to cardboard that's gotten wet and then dried again, it's cheap as can be and a slight bend can cause it to just pop open. I have maybe a dozen or so Funskool figures still in their packages, the purple Tripwire being one. I have Big Boa, whose spiked straps are black, and Toxo Viper whose helmet is more black than blue. The way I handle Funskool figures is, if I think they look cool and different from the HASBRO version, I'll grab them if the price is reasonable. And in most cases the price usually is pretty reasonable as not everyone is big into Funskool. $10 - $15 is what you'll pay for most. I've paid around $10 - $12 for all of mine except the Tripwire which cost me like $21.50. Not to go off topic, but other international Joes I have are the entire first series of Ninja Force released in Mexico (made by Hasbro), and then one of my favorites is Tiger Force Outback from the UK, released back in 1990.
