I have/had the teal color alarm clock. I got it when I was a kid, havent seen it for some years though. I think just the large computer playset is a bit of cash but the rest shouldnt be bad.

They seem hard to find. I want the pencil sharpener. How is that a computer?

They have a pop can to. I think just everyday household items maybe? It's a funky little line that fun to collect though.

I saw a box of these last year and was unsure what they were, so i bought the pepsi can one, which was complete. The guy wanted 5 to 10 bucks for the lot. I remember seeing the pencil sharpener, soccer ball, flashlight, clock, calculator, I'm pretty sure there were more. I was stupid and didn't buy them all. Now i'm depressed. Thanks playdice, I'm gonna go and bang my head against the wall for the next three hours.

This is one of my absolute favorite toy lines of all time. I was 6 years old when these came out, so I have very vivid memories of them on store shelves. I remember wanting them all, but I only ended up having a few as a kid. Thankfully, being an adult with expendable income has allowed me to complete the set.
I used to follow auctions more diligently when I was still trying to complete my set over a period of about two years (2008-2010). Here is my advice to collectors:
- The pencil sharpener and the calculator sets seem to be the hardest pieces to find. I believe they were part of a second shipment of the line that didn't see as wide distribution as the rest of the line. Not only that, but the calculator seems to be the toughest set to find complete. The actual calculator is a cheap thing that slides in and out the rest of the vehicle. I had to wait for several lots to come up before I actually saw a complete one.
- The computer base is awesome, but it's worth waiting for a boxed/sealed example. It came with a TON of pieces that are often missing on loose examples, including silver disks for the tank and several green railings and ladders that are found throughout the base. Boxed ones seem to sell for between $60-$100 when they come up. The playset itself is truly spectacular and definitely worth the price if you can find it.
- The transforming computer boards (the four pieces that came carded) are by far the most common. They do contain the leaders for the respective teams (Computer Warriors and Viruses), so they're definitely worth having. They should sell for $5-$10 each.
Hope that helps! I love this line, but I'm also glad to say that since I have everything 100% complete, you won't get any competition from me!

I had (long lost now!) Asynk and his green computer board and the Romm the good leader with his gold base board glider. Got them from a shop called Merretts which was a newsagents chain once in the UK (now bust/bought out/no longer around) in the Summer of 1990/91. Merretts had lots of imported American toys: I remember seening US boxed G.I.JOE Python Patrol vehicles, Thunderclap, Robo Tech (I think it was Matchbox versions) carded figures and boxed vehicles as well as seeing those Tonka Mad Max style Steel Warriors vehicles but usually some thief had taken the figure from the box....I did like the look of the vehicles but didn't like the 5 point simpler style jointed figures I did see with some of the boxes at the time...
