L.E.G. figures 1986 Malaysia

I have a figure that I have had for over 15yrs. It has L.E.G. 1986 Malaysia on its back. I just purchased 2 different figures from ebay with the same identification.

Does anyone know anything about these figures ???

will post pictures soon.
