Does anyone know the differance between these two companies, Spearhead and Acamas?
The X-Changers series toys were released by Spearhead. It says so on the cards of the Battlehawks and the figures are also marked Spearhead. The Cosmic Cowboys from the same series has Spearhead marked figures because the use the same molds, but the cards say Acamas Toys.
Swords & Sorcerers from the Galaxy Warriors line were marked Acamas Toys on the cards, but the figures are of course marked Sungold since that's what they are.
When a card marked Acamas Toys it says "Made for" Acamas Toys. So was Acamas Toys only a distributor?

So they borrowed from gf, and where distirbuted by the same company that distirbuted the gw swords and sorcerers figures, all is intertwined

I broke down and decided to get this guy off ebay, and I was suprised at how fast I got him! I've been on an X-CHangers/Cosmic Cowboys kick for a litle while, so I figured I'd see what this was all about. This is the first I've heard of these guys, but I actually have a grey/silver guy missing his legs from this line also.

Well it has been a good month for X-Changers! Now all I need is to see about finding the white jet and the playset.

Sorry for me asking but i just find it a strange question particularly the uk only release part

No its just a wonder recently sold 40 figures from the Warrior beasts/lost world of the warlord lines, after selling a few to the uk only site i went international and had a lot more interest a lot from italy actually 19 went to the same guy from different auctions, i dont buy to sell but if there are figures that were easyer to get over here that i have i cud look to trade. Action force cards instead of Gijoe etc i collect Gijoe as an example. Havent been able to find any info on these x-changers on any of the uk sites i am connected to but within 2 mins on here found um so must have been more avalible over the pond. I guess :/

Well I did just email you loose pics of each of these figures earlier today showing what weapons they came with and told you the characters names? What more info do you want on them, thats pretty much it? I also stated a a few times that I was interested in buying them, but you never aknowledged my inquiries?

I'd have thought - on the Spearhead cards, for the X-Force figures, they'd have had these variations (which I remember): The main thing I remember - there were 7 figures on the back of the card, instead of the customary 6 (the extra figure was like a clone of Igorr). Dak Lo (the 'Tiger Man') was now beside Jones (the bald black man) and before Sterne (the 'Rambo look-alike'). Strong (the leader, wearing shades) and Sterne (like I said, the 'Rambo look alike') had their ranks (Colonel and Lieutenant) swapped over. I definitely remember, on the back of the X-Force figure cards, Strong and Sterne (the above two, who, like I said, I remember having their ranks swapped over) had removable blue jackets. There definitely still was the first figure - Skarr (the hunter). Jones was made like a Warrant Officer and Dak Lo was made like a General (Skarr - the hunter - was still a Sergeant). I think Igorr and this 'clone' were in a separate section as Igorr, personally, was made like an Infantry, and this 'clone' of him was made like a Commando, as Commando and Infantry aren't ranks (they appeared on the back of the X-Force card as the last two figures, separate from the other 5). On the back of the X-Force cards, I remember the artwork, that had all the characters fighting, where Strong and Dak Lo weren't even enemies. Last, but not least, on the cards I remember, on the front, each had whatever character the figure was of (for instance, Sergeant Skarr appeared on the front of the card you bought the figure of him, etc.), whilst Strong only appeared on the front of the card he was the figure of. No, I'm not just making up all this information, it's what I definitely remember.
