Anyone know if these figures have the leg articulation like the Galaxy Warriors? There not made of the super hard rubber with one piece molded legs and crotch, that twists at the waist?

can we get some pics and/or cardbacks in this thread...i'm most interested in these guys for their heads, somethin' tells me GW has probably used some in some MOTU style customs and it was probably a good idea...i'd like to see what there is to choose from...

I am curious about what anyone knows about these figures. I have collected them for about 10 years now and have collected a good deal of information about them, but I want to know the names of all of the figures, I have all named but three. I find a lot of them on mixed lots of wrestling figures. They were by Madison, Ltd., and used custom heads and paint jobs for the line "Wrestling Champions." The line is really nice and uses the same Galaxy Fighter bodies, but totally different paint schemes. A lot of thought went into these figures in the way of paint, names, face molds. Some are Galaxy Fighter molds on the heads, but the rest are all original, as far as I know.
If anyone has any 411 on these, or wants to know what little I know, I'd be glad to chat.

Welcome to the boards Chief! I do have a few of these kicking around but don't know to much about them. How many were released overall, not counting variants? Some more info a nd pics would be cool!

There were 12 total released by Madison, LTD. They have the same characteristics as their brother/sister line with the molded left hand, 'v' on the boots, etc. The head molds were original, and they had names like Powerful Pete, Mr. Tattoo, Terrible Tony (eye patch) and Masked Devil. There are many variants to the figures, from 'soft' features on some head molds to different paint jobs. The man with the scars on his face and yellow/white trunks had figures with a moustache and some without. Some figures had bright red boots, while others had a dull, tricycle red. They had a ring playset that was kind of small for the figures but a standard play ring does not fit these figures, they are an odd size for Remco figures, etc. I will post photos in a second.

Hello everyone, this is my first post and im new to this site. I hope this is the right section for this post. Recently picked up some he man stuff and this guy came with. It was this figure pictured below which is made by sungold, looks like a he man, but isnt made by mattell, anyone know anything about it? and if its worth hanging on to?   Anyways look forward to getting my post count up so i can start trading, im starting to accumulate some doubles of items and am in search of new items too. Thanks! |

Hello everyone, this is my first post and im new to this site. I hope this is the right section for this post. I have been a longtime vintage video game collector and have now started merging into the world of Action figure collecting, starting with getting figures that i grew up having, and chasing that nostalgia rush. I recently picked up 2 boxes filled to the top with He man, gi joe, inhumannoid, and a few transformers from a yard sale for $20! I was thrilled to lay my eyes on some of these toys i had not seen since i was about 5 years old. (was born in 86) Anyways one figure i got was this figure pictured below which is made by sungold, looks like a he man, but isnt made by mattell, anyone know anything about it? and if its worth hanging on to? Anyways look forward to getting my post count up so i can start trading, im starting to accumulate some doubles of items and am in search of new items too. Thanks! You should donate it to me  hahahaahahahha Anyways its a sungold wrestler, yes the line actually is called wrestler and quite some peepz, including me, over here collect these types of figs |

awesome thanks for the tip! Im still going through all my he man trying to figure out what parts im gonna need, and in the mean time assembling a big pile of trade fodder. I know so far i have a good bit of vintage toys i have assembled this summer, lots of definitely dinosaurs, some voltron stuff, and some dupe he man stuff. Im currently looking for other he man, dino riders, ghostbusters, star wars, and thundercats mostly. Oh and TMNT (but i already have a ton of the stuff from growing up) glad my mom made me keep all my stuff lol

The ring platform is fairly short and the ropes are kind of thin. Kind of seems it wouldn't last long if played with.

No, his hands are different just like the picture in the box. His arms are longer and his hands seem a bit smaller and more "square like" than the Sungold / Madison figures. I believe he and some of the others are from an unknown European wrestling line since all of them, if I recall, came from European sellers, mostly England, but some from Germany and would of got some from a seller in The Netherlands, but he turned out to be a thief. If you want to take a look at them in more detail, take a look at my collection. Somewhere in the middle of the threads I have them spaced out. The link is in my signature. |

I see the hands are different than the US counterparts. Interesting to see how they are the same, yet different in design and construction. I like the paint patterns on those, very unique.

I just recently purchased an unopened Sungold Wrestling Ring and finally confirmed that the Long Armed wrestlers are from Sungold. 2 Long Armed wrestlers came with the set. The box itself  The Ring  Inside the ring  The Figures from the Ring  So that means that both the Long Arm Wrestlers & the Short Arm Wrestlers are both Sungold. Maybe one came before the other, but now for sure I know where the Long Arm Wrestlers belong to. Long Arm Wrestlers  Short Arm Wrestlers  One thing I also noticed is that the previous Sungold Wrestling Ring I have, according to the box, it supposedly came with 4 wrestlers, but this one only came with 2 as marked on its box. |

It might explain why that neon green on the boots struck me as odd. I'm not very familiar with End of Time, but he fits right in. I can see that the arms even vary in that line as well. There are short arms and long arm, too.
I seem to have the bug eyed guy with gray hair in the middle. Only mine was matching body and head color. I also have a bald, brown skinned guy with blue eyebrows that look like he belongs with them.
